1st day (all products are cooked)

—Breakfast
Oatmeal – 5 tablespoons
Honey — 2 tablespoons

—Lunch
Pasta — 6.5 tbsp.
Chicken fillet — 2 pieces (a piece is the index and middle finger together)

—Dinner
Buckwheat — 3 tbsp.
Mozzarella — 0.5 pcs.


▪️▪️In addition to the main meals (at any hour during the day)

Cookies (without filling) — 5 pcs. or chocolate — 40 grams

Fruit (choose one) — Orange (2 pcs. or Apple (2  pcs.); Grapefruit (2 pcs.); Pear (2 pcs.); Kiwi (2 pcs.); Mandarin (5 pcs.); Nectarine (2 pcs.); Peach (2 pcs.);

Vegetables (without limitation) — Cucumber, Lettuce, Tomato, Cabbage, Artichoke, Eggplant, Squash, Broccoli, Coriander, Carrot, Pumpkin, Zucchini, Spinach.

— Each client receives a menu for 7 days in advance and a shopping list for the week

— A diet is not necessarily just cabbage and dreams of sweets. This means eating delicious, healthy food, but in moderation.

— If there is a need to replace a product in one of the meals during the day, you can write to me, and I will immediately tell you how to do it successfully

— ️With a balanced diet, you don’t have bouts of gluttony, you are always full up, you don’t have any «cravings», and your weight returns to normal by itself.
